Ann is a Certified Personal Trainer. Her diverse background includes
many facets of health and fitness training including; Pilates, physio-ball,
physio-band, Sport Specific Training and strength training. She
is also completing her Bachelors Degree in Education.
Her holistic and intuitive approach enable her to have a greater
perspective of a client's needs by bringing balance, symmetry, proportion
and strength to specific areas as necessary, creating effective
programs of exercise geared to benefit the clients where they require
it most.
