Fluid and controlled movements coupled with effective resistance are performed with a variety of equipment; hybrid-reformers, cadillacs, ladder barrels, Pilates chairs, and fitness circles, designed specifically for the Pilates method of strength training. While the body is properly supported and aligned, fewer repetitions are required as precision in movement improves, giving you the results you want.

New clients must schedule two initial private appointments, by calling 586.771.5716, which are each 45 minutes in length. The total fee is $100. We will evaluate posture, develop a program based on your specific needs and establish a foundation in the technique. From there we will make suggestions to help you reach your goals, with a personalized conditioning program to suit your budget and individual needs
